Shipping and Returns Policies

Shipping Options:

All items listed on our platform can be either posted directly to you (unless explicitly listed as a collection-only item) or collected from any of our Brighton and Hove shops within 7 working days.

 Additionally, same-day collection is available from our Hove based online office between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase date.

Faulty or Not as Described Items:

If the item you receive is faulty or not as described, Martlets will cover the return postage costs.

Other Returns:

For returns due to reasons other than fault or description discrepancies, such as change of mind, the customer will be responsible for covering the return postage costs.
