English Needlework, A. F. Kendrick, A & C Black Ltd 1933
English Needlework
by
A. F. Kendrick
Formerly Keeper of the Department of Textiles at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
With twenty-four pages of illustrations from photographs.
Published by A & C Black Ltd in 1933.
The aim of the book is to provide the student with some general idea of the place taken by needlework among the English arts starting with the Anglo-Saxons.
Some shelf-wear to the boards. The binding is sound and the pages clean.
There is a label with a crest and the name of "Sir Norman Lamont, Baronet of Knockdow" on the front pastedown.
Overall a good copy.
